Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final.

In the event of new products received that are defective or have been damaged, broken, or deformed due to manufacturing error, or during the shipping process, such items must be reported through our email: [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery, including submission of images that show the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Upon approval and at our option, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling fees or send a replacement item to you at our expense. We may require, at our option, that the defective, damaged, or deformed item to be returned.

Pre-owned items are sold as is, and no returns, replacements, or refunds are permitted.

If you are approved for a refund, WOW Bowling will refund your eligible refund amount using your original method of payment whenever possible within 7 business days.

If you are authorized to return your product, WOW Bowling will provide return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
