Where is Your Pro Shop?

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. We operate out of the workshop in our basement, and although it is not open for public access, you can visit our pro shop virtually here.

What are your operating hours?

We are available online 7 days a week, and respond to customer’s inquiry via email, SMS, or FB Messenger.

What Bowling Balls Do You Carry?

We carry major brands such as Brunswick, Hammer, Columbia, DV8, Hammer, Storm, Roto Grip, Motiv, and more. Contact us directly to get a quote.

How Long Does It Takes to Get My Ball?

For bowling ball in stock, once we have your drilling spec / measurement, we start working right away and you will receive your new ball between 3 to 5 business days. For bowling ball on order with our supplier, shipping will take up to one week if it is in stock.

Do You Sell Other Bowling Accessories?

Yes we do! Browse through our catalog, and if you don’t find what you are looking for, let us know.

Do You Accept Trade-In?

We have a consignment service which we will list the ball you want to trade in for sale in our used balls inventory with no listing fees, and you’ll receive credit from the sales toward your next purchase.

What is Vacu Drilling?

Vacu drilling is a specialized technique that enhances grip by using a vacuum-like method to drill the finger holes. It involves inserting a soft, flexible sleeve inside the holes, creating a slight suction effect when the bowler places their fingers inside. This allows for a snug, comfortable fit that adapts to the fingers, improving control and accuracy during release for better performance.

What is Base Drilling Fee?

The base drilling fee covers the cost of professional labor, equipment, and materials needed to customize a bowling ball. It helps maintain the specialized tools used for precise drilling. When you purchase a new bowling ball from us, we pass on the savings by waiving the base drilling fee. For drilling work related to repairs, we will waive the fee on a case by case basis.

How does the Shopping Cart Work?

When you checkout & submit your order, WOW Bowling will be in touch shortly to confirm the details of your order and start processing your purchase. Alternately, you are welcome to contact us and directly with our staff.

Do You Ship Outside of Edmonton?

We will be happy to fulfill your purchase, however, due to shipping costs and logistic challenges, we cannot guarantee we would be able to ship to your destination. Please contact us for more information.
