Balls
Warranty for new bowling balls purchased at WOW Bowling is valid for 365 days following the date of purchase. WOW Bowling reserves the right to accept or refuse any return and replacement.
The following are not covered by manufacturer’s warranty:
- Chips and scratches caused by pinsetters, lanes or normal wear
- Bowling balls should be kept at room temperature. Any damage caused by excessive exposure to hot/cold
The following items will void the original manufacturer’s warranty for tenpin bowling balls:
- Cracks due to excessive/purposed abuse or wear
- Plugged or repaired balls
- Any hole within a 1″ radius of the pin
- A bridge between the middle and ring finger holes smaller than 1/4″
- Finger holes that join/meet at the bottom of the hole
Credit acceptance is at the discretion of the manufacturer and WOW Bowling.
Other Products
Product warranty depends on the manufacturer. Excessive abuse, common wear or voluntary breakage will void the warranty.
Breakage due to improper application/installation is not a sign of a defective product.
