We offer local shipping within Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and surrounding areas. Free pickup option is available at designated pickup time and location as agreed between WOW Bowling and the customer. For shipping outside of Edmonton & surrounding areas, please send us an email at [email protected] to get an estimated shipping rate, according to weight and dimensions of items and your preferred shipping method.
Note that payment must be received in full by e-transfer or cash before we can process your order. Our selected carriers, within Canada, deliver on business days, excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas. All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes. Presently, we ship to Canada and the USA.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after you make submitted an order on our website. As your order being processed, you will receive regular communication via email to arrange for payment and shipping / pickup.
